To David Hutton,
How is your pronunciation of the French language - perfect is it? I have lived in the UK over for over 20 years and even my pronunciation of "th" is according to my English friends very good, most French people just cannot get this sound right! If you cannot say anything nice, don't say anything!

With the greatest respect to his love of beautiful, balletic, exciting football, Arsene Wenger is a very poor sportsman, never seeing any of the atrocious fouls committed by Viera, Henry, Gallas, Van Persie et al, and always blaming the referees, the pitch, bad luck, or anything else he can think of whenever his team gets well thrashed (or even narrowly beaten.) He is not a good example of a Frenchman (and he can't pronounce the sound "th" - it comes out as "v")
