A recipe for World Cup snacking French-style
BLUE GOATS CHEESE WITH MARINATED PRAWNS AND BABY CARROTS
Ingredients for 4 :
-300 g Blue goats cheese
-16 mini-carrots
-16 pink prawns (cooked)
-16 pink prawns (cooked)
-olive oil
-marjoram
-lemon
-salt and pepper
-16 cocktail sticks

Peel the prawns leaving the tails on.
Wash, dry and finely cut the marjoram.
Squeeze le lemon juice, adding salt, olive oil, the marjoram and the prawns.
Leave to marinate for an hour somewhere cool.
Wash and cut the mini-carrots leaving 1 cm.
Take off the skin of the cheese and cut it up into little cubes.
Prepare the little cocktail sticks by adding on a little carrot, one prawn and a cube of cheese.
