Pierre Koffmann, famous for his three-Michelin-starred restaurant La Tante Claire, will be behind the stove this autumn in a 'Pop-restaurant' on the roof of Selfridges. He will be recreating some of his protégés's most celebrated dishes. He will be joined by Tom Aikens, Raphael Duntoye, Helena Puolakka and William Curley, all highly regarded head chefs in their own right.

The best chef in the world, possibly one of the greatest chefs of all time.
I had one meal and one meal only at `La Tante Claire`. It was the best meal of my life, and I have eaten all over the world.
So why doesn`t he have his own London signature restaurant?
